All products are made and shipped from New Zealand. Products are shipped with tracking numbers. Shipping can take from 10 - 21 days depending on where you are in the world.
All local import taxes are not included in the sale of any products.
It's possible that i will unable to post our products to you for some unknown reason if so a full refund will be made
Warranties
I guarantee the block wont leak when used with normal computer water cooling pumps @ 25c.
TEC's
I guarantee that the supplied TEC's will function . It is normally for multiple TEC to not draw exactly the same current and this is not a reason for replacement.
If your block is shipped with installed TEC's DO NOT TAKE IT APART. The pressure applied to the TEC's is incredibly important and this cannot be performed by hand.

Blocks cannot be returned because:
They don't fit your motherboard or CPU. it's up to the buyer to ensure it does prior to purchase.
